About Us
Latham Transaction Coordinating Inc. has been delivering outstanding services for 25+ years.
We have two transaction coordinators and two assistants.
We are very familiar with DRE regulations, carry our own E&O insurance,
and offer clients access to Skyslope and Docusign.

Our Services
From start to finish, we will:
Open your escrow with the Title Company and email the offer, Counter Offers, Addendums, and any other required forms they need. Arrange for deposit check wire info to the buyers.
Send Purchase Agreement, Counter Offers, Addendums, or other items needed to the lender.
Make sure you have all signed required paperwork.
Request disclosures from co-op agent and obtain Buyer's signatures (BUYER SIDE) Or prepare disclosures for the seller to complete and obtain signatures (SELLER SIDE). Once all disclosures are signed, I send them to co-op agent with a cover letter and request any missing items.
Review all documents to make sure they are fully completed and signed.
Communicate with co-op office for required/missing paperwork and keep them informed on upcoming inspections.
Follow up with Title for Prelim, deposit receipt, and signing date.
Upload all documents to Skyslope or your Broker's online storage platform.
